The company has the international advanced silane production process, is the first domestic R & D and production base of high-purity silane and nano silicon powder, and has provincial key high-purity silicon material research institute, among which the electronic grade polysilicon project has been listed in the national 02 special project. The company has two silane production lines, with an annual output of 4000 tons of electronic grade high-purity silane, 3000 tons of polysilicon, 500 tons of high-purity silicon tetrafluoride and 200 tons of nano silicon powder. At present, the company's electronic grade silane is widely used in domestic photovoltaic enterprises. The company has a variety of silane packaging specifications: 44l, 47l small steel cylinders; 440l, 470ly cylinders; 20 '' 8-tube 2.4t and 20 '' 12 tube 4T torpedo cars.
